| The Expander is designed specifically
for the purpose of expanding continuous paper honeycomb. The Expander
is fed from the core pallet and the core is then pulled through the
machine by the use of Pull Rollers. The core is expanded and heated
to hold the expansion and then cut to desired lengths.
The Expander has several important features, such as Electric
Heat, Core Cutter, Digital Temperature Controller, Digital Speed
Controller, Mechanical Length Control Switch, Pull Rollers and
is Insulated.
The Expander will produce at a rate of 4 meters per minute with
a maximum panel width of 1.2 meters and a maximum core height of
100mm. The electrical specification is as customers request.
